We present our Privacy policy to make you sure that your privacy as our customer is highly respected. If you make an order with Huaptec online store you automatically accept all the statements of our policy. If you don’t accept it, please, do not make purchases in this online store.

We never collect information if you don’t give your permission to this. If you provide us with your personal data like name, surname, residence address, etc. to place an order on our website, you allow our information collection. The collected information is used only for our internal matters and is never disclosed to any third party.

Huaptec receives payments for the goods purchased online at its website by means of the following payment methods only:

Delivery Terms

Right after you make an order in Huaptec online store www.huaptec.eu we send you a confirmation e-mail to prove delivery address you provided us with. The address should be clear, correct and contain all necessary data as street, building, apartment and zip code.

The purchase is shipping by Express Currier. Average delivery time is 3-5 business days.

If you experience problems with delivery, you’re kindly asked to inform us about this as soon as possible by phone, email or contact form on the website.

 If your delivery address is out of the European Union, you should be responsible for customs fees.

Huaptec cares about its customers and makes all possible efforts to please each of them. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return the product.

30-Day Money Back Policy

Huaptec cares about its customers and makes all possible efforts to please each of them. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return the product. You may show your willingness to return the product within 30 days after product receipt.

To return product according to your own will, you should fulfil the following conditions.

  • Returned in externally good order, not damaged or worn-out
  • Returned in the original package it was shipped to a client
  • Sent back in the same full kit it was received including original cables, accessories and other components
  • The customer is in charge of all shipping costs.

In case of not a guarantee reason refund within 30-days, the total of the refund is 80% of the product cost (20% are not refundable by seller as this amount is  restocking fee).    

If the product doesn’t meet customer’s requirements due to made incorrect choice, the customer has the right to replace this product for a similar one with appropriate specifications.  In case of product replacement, the customer takes personal charge of delivery cost associated with return of a previous model and obtaining a new one.

If a price of a new model is higher than a previous order price, the customer should pay the difference.

If a price of a new model is lower than a previous order price, the seller returns the difference to customer’s account.

The product which is not a subject to return under 30-Day Money Back Policy:

  • Returned in not original, damaged or worn-out package
  • Returned not in an original full kit 
  • Returned after being used with not original components or parts
  • Broken down for the reason of mishandling, abuse or natural disaster
     

Refund procedure

Please, pay attention to return procedure of the product purchased in Huaptec online store:

  1. Contact our customer service and explain the problem. The customer should contact our Customer Service before return otherwise we do not bear responsibility for receiving the product.
  2. Send the product to Huaptec Technical Department to the address provided by Huaptec contact manager.  Physical address at which return can be realized is Ahornstrasse 17,91166, Georgensgmünd,Germany,(0049)1708540509, c/o MBA Energie,Thomas Gögl, Huaptec Telecom HmbH.
    .Technical Department specialists are to check received product within not more than 1-month period.
  3. If the product is in proper condition, refund is transferred to customer’s account within 1-month period from the moment Huaptec receives the product back.

Incomplete or damaged kit

If you received damaged or defective kit, we will replace it at no charge. Contact Huaptec support service and inform of a damaged package or lack of accessories within 1 week after your order is delivered.

If the customer claims the kit is defective or incomplete after one week time period, Huaptec has the right not to replace it for free and ask to send the product for warranty checking and service if defects are claimed.

Warranty service

The product can be returned for free repair or replacement only within warranty period which is 2 years from the day of purchase. If the customer paid for an extra year of warranty service, warranty period extends to 3 years.

In case you choose to repair or replace the product, you will be in charge of all shipping costs.

  4. In case the product is of adequate quality and works according to specifications stated, the product can be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
  5. In case the returned product is of inadequate quality, one of the three following solutions is possible:
  • Repair
  • Product exchange
  • Refund

Warranty Refund

  1. The total of the refund is 80% of the product cost (20% is restocking fee).    
  2. The refund procedure is implemented as agreed with the customer. Normally, the refund amount is transferred to the customer’s account within a few business days after Huaptec Technical Department receives and checks the product. Total period of refund and product defects checking can’t extend to more than 1 month from the moment the product is received for warranty service.

Warranty Exchange, Repair Policy

  1. In case the customer chooses product replacement or repair, the customer is in charge of delivery cost.
  2. In case of product repair, technical specialists define repair period after defects checking and then inform the customer. Total period can't extend to more than 3 months after Huaptec receives the product.
  3. In case of product replacement, technical specialists define new product delivery period after defects checking and then inform the customer. Total period cant’ extend to more than 3 months after Huaptec receives the product.​
