To return product according to your own will, you should fulfil the following conditions.
In case of not a guarantee reason refund within 30-days, the total of the refund is 80% of the product cost (20% are not refundable by seller as this amount is restocking fee).

In case of product replacement, the customer takes personal charge of delivery cost associated with return of a previous model and obtaining a new one.

Incomplete or damaged kit
If you received damaged or defective kit, we will replace it at no charge. Contact Huaptec support service and inform of a damaged package or lack of accessories within 1 week after your order is delivered.
If the customer claims the kit is defective or incomplete after one week time period, Huaptec has the right not to replace it for free and ask to send the product for warranty checking and service if defects are claimed.
The product can be returned for free repair or replacement only within warranty period which is 2 years from the day of purchase. If the customer paid for an extra year of warranty service, warranty period extends to 3 years.
In case you choose to repair or replace the product, you will be in charge of all shipping costs.
